6 Weeks to transform yourself
We are launching our first average to awesome challenge in june. We have 10 spaces available for people looking to get off the sofa and get ready to have their fittest summer ever. To get involved you need to be available to train on Mondays, Wednesday and Friday daytimes and have a strong commitment to work hard and have fun.
What is it?
This is 6 weeks of Small group personal training, exercises to do at home and a nutritional programme to follow.
What's the goal?
We want all participants to finish the 6 weeks, fitter, happier, healthier and ready to embrace any challenge they meet going forwards.
How do I get started?
All prospective participants will have an initial consultation in May where we will find out a bit more about you and whether the programme is suitable for you. You then join your first class on Monday 5th June.
When will Sessions run?
Sessions will run Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:30. All sessions will last one hour. Initial consultations are booked at your convenience.
How Much will it cost?
The six week programme is £195.
