Bring your baby
is aimed at new parents who want real fitness results but who also want the flexibility of being able to bring their babies to training sessions.
Based on the results-driven strategy behind CrossFit Chiltern's normal sessions, workouts are adapted to incorporate buggies and strollers into varied and functional movements that focus on helping individuals achieve their specific fitness goals.
Our new Bring Your Baby sessions seek to give new parents a unique solution where they can come to a training session, access expert advice and support, while being able to bring their babies and workout with them while in their strollers or buggys.
Classes Run On Mondays, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays 11:30-12:30pm.
We do offer a free trial class to new participants. We then suggest all new participants come in for a free No-Sweat consulation prior to starting training so we can establish goals and find out previous history.
We then ask all new athletes to complete our Foundations programme before we let them loose o nthe more advanced exercises to give them all the tools they need to get the most out of their classes. (For Bring you baby participants the Foundations Programme includes 3 Free Classes)
Once you've completed Foundations you can either sign up a membership (See link below) or alternatively Cost is £15 for Individual Classes, £100 for a Block of 10 and £180 for a Block of 20 Classes (these can be taken over a 3 or 6 month period).
