The training during ‘CrossFit Teens’ is also designed to piece together the key elements required by a successful young sportsperson including recovery, movement, nutrition and flexibility.
Ideal for any young person looking to get the edge over the competition in their chosen sport.
While many athletic programs focus on one specific sport, CrossFit Chiltern instead aims to create an all-around athlete that will excel at any sport or physical task thrown their way.
Open to 11-18 year-olds, CrossFit Chiltern Teens is appropriate for all levels of fitness
and no prior CrossFit experience is necessary. Just come along and find out what CrossFit is all about.
Classes Run Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Cost is £15 for Individual Classes, £100 for a Block of 10 and £180 for a Block of 20 Classes. (these can be taken over a 3 or 6 month period).
