Yoga is coming to CrossFit Chiltern.

Anni will be joining us for twice weekly yoga classes, specifically designed for the CrossFit community, in order to stretch those achy muscles and mobilise those tight joints.

If you want to improve your range of motion, feel even better in your body, and learn how to effectively use your breath and posture to help you in or out of the WOD, then these classes are for you.

Spend your rest day with us and notice how your body thanks you for it.

Anni is a highly qualified instructor who has the advantage of being qualified as a PT and being a member she knows what CrossFitters need to enhance performance.

As with everything we do, classes will be initially limited at 9, small enough to ensure that personal touch. They will be run in the Golf room which will be yogafied for the classes by the lovely Anni.

Cost is £80 for a Flexible block of 8 sessions (members)

£96 for Flexible block of 8 sessions (Non-members)
