We at CrossFit Chiltern believe that you are never too old to care about your fitness and our CrossFit Legends programme sets out to get CrossFit workouts to fit people aged 55+. This is real fitness for older athletes. We aim to recognise each athletes needs to get them the fittest they can be. Plus we want them to do so with a smile on their face!!
Classes run Mondays and Wednesdays at 11:30
First class is free. Thereafter a block of 10 for £100, 20 for £180. Packages have a 6 month expiration.
If you’d like your training to be more personalised then our 1:1 training is a great option. We are experienced at working with older athletes and we know the benefit that proper physical training can have to longevity and quality of life.
