  • How to do it: In a jar or container, combine 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 cup milk, a scoop of protein powder (whey or pea protein works well),. Stir well, then add a handful of berries and/or sliced banana. Refrigerate overnight. Grab and go in the morning.
  1. Greek Yogurt Power Pot:
  • Why it works: High in protein, requires no cooking, and is incredibly versatile.
  • How to do it: Take a serving of 0% fat Greek yogurt. Stir in a scoop of protein powder for an extra boost if desired. Top with a handful of mixed berries (fresh or frozen), a sprinkle of chopped nuts or seeds (like almonds or pumpkin seeds), and a dash of cinnamon or a spoonful of honey for flavour. 
  • Lean Sausage & vegetable hash (Weekend Prep):
  • Why it works: Great for batch prepping on a Sunday for quick weekday re-heating. Combines lean protein with vegetables.
  • How to do it: Cook up some lean turkey or chicken sausages. Fry/Air-fry chopped peppers, onions, and mushrooms (or any leftover roasted vegetables) until tender. Combine. Portion into containers for quick re-heating throughout the week. Pair with a boiled egg or some avocado.
