  3. Keep Water Visible: Have a water bottle constantly within reach – on your desk, in your car, next to your bed. If it’s visible, you’re more likely to sip.
  4. Flavour It Up Naturally: If plain water isn’t exciting enough, try adding slices of fruit (lemon, lime, cucumber, berries) or a few mint leaves. Avoid sugar-sweetened beverages.
  5. Tie It to Existing Habits: Drink a glass of water before every meal, after every bathroom break, or before/after every workout. Habit stacking makes it easier to remember.
