Our functional fitness training system designed for kids aged 5-10 years.

Group Classes

We are pleased to be able to offer our Junior Programme for ages 5-10 years. This is a great way of getting kids faster, stronger, fitter and more confident. With the emphasis on creating a safe and effective training environment and making all our classes varied and fun we want to provide a place where kids love to come to get fit.  

 Classes Run Tuesdays 16:30-17:10

Cost is £10 for Individual Classes, £75 for a Block of 10 and £130 for a Block of 20 Classes. (these can be taken over a 3 or 6 month period).

Personal Training

If you’d like your child’s training to be more personalised then our 1:1 training is a great option. We are experienced at working with younger athletes and we know the benefit that proper physical training can have for their confidence and abilities. If you want more information on our training visit our page here, or come in for a consultation. For ages 5-10 we recommend 30 Minute sessions. For pricing on these please contact us.

Teen training crossfit style

Group Classes

Training designed to piece together the key elements required by a successful young sportsperson including recovery, movement, nutrition and flexibility.

Ideal for any young person looking to get the edge over the competition in their chosen sport.

While many athletic programs focus on one specific sport, CrossFit Chiltern instead aims to create an all-around athlete that will excel at any sport or physical task thrown their way.

Open to 11-18 year-olds, CrossFit Chiltern Teens is appropriate for all levels of fitness and no prior CrossFit experience is necessary. Just come along and find out what CrossFit is all about.

Classes Run

Monday 17:00-18:00 & Saturday 10:00-11:00

Cost is £100 for a Block of 10 and £180 for a Block of 20 Classes. (these can be taken over a 3 or 6 month period).
