What is Movement as Medicine?

  1. It’s a supportive, personalised programme led by Dr. Amy George, a local GP and CrossFit Level 1 Coach.
  2. It’s specifically designed for adults with a BMI of 30 or above with long term conditions such as diabetes, or high blood pressure or a BMI of 35 or above, regardless of health conditions
  3. It’s about creating a safe and welcoming environment where you can move, learn, and grow.
