    • Practical Tip: Talk about what your body can do (“My legs are strong for running!”) rather than how it looks. Celebrate strength and capability. Phoenix is constantly talking about how he needs to eat more eggs for breakfast so he can hit his 30kg deadlift target!!

    • Practical Tip: Set family health goals, like trying a new vegetable each week or going for a walk together every Sunday. Celebrate these small wins as a family.
